Injection Molding – From Mold to Molded Part

3D metrology supports and speeds up all phases in injection molding processes: from prototype and tool construction to first article inspection reports up to assembly and trend analyses. ATOS is an optical 3D coordinate measuring system allowing non-contact measurements of complete surfaces of prototypes, electrodes, tools and injection molded parts regardless of the object size.

This expert course is specifically addressed to users from the plastics processing industry with special focus on the injection molding industry. The participants learn possibilities for solving typical challenges along the process chain.

In addition to the measuring and inspection workflows, the participants also learn tips and tricks to solve their specific tasks in injection molding processes successfully.
