Hall 3, Booth 3330
At the Control, the leading international trade fair for quality assurance, GOM will present again the whole range of its industrial sensor technology, efficient measuring and inspection software and tailor-made 3D metrology solutions.
At the fair, we will focus on:
The ATOS ScanBox is an optical 3D measuring machine for fully automated 3D digitizing and inspection. It utilizes optimized industrial components, mobility, and high safety. The integrated ATOS Professional software, including the Virtual Measuring Room (VMR), incorporates the complete inspection workflow from offline programming to data capture, inspection, trend analysis, reporting and data export. The 3D measuring machine can be extended to include fully integrated photogrammetry and reference point collection. The integrated automated photogrammetry delivers a freshly measured, highly accurate reference system, ensuring process-safe, repeatable and reliable results.

The fast, non-contact ATOS optical 3D scanners deliver a high-resolution point cloud which precisely describes free-form surfaces and primitives regardless of part sizes, surfaces, finishes and geometries. ATOS provides three-dimensional measurement data and allows analyses for industrial components such as sheet metal parts, tools and dies, turbine blades, prototypes, injection molded parts, castings, and more. At Control, GOM will demonstrate its complete ATOS product line, including ATOS Triple Scan, ATOS Compact Scan and ATOS Core.

PONTOS Live allows online measuring, positioning and motion analysis of 3D coordinates. PONTOS Live precisely measures and evaluates data online from an unlimited number of 3D measuring points. The fast, non-contact measuring system can be used for all aspects of online component testing such as performance, durability and reliability testing, windtunnel testing, vibration analysis, NVH, and can be integrated easily into existing test environments.

Measuring systems from GOM provide the right tools for the understanding of materials and components, as they are independent from material, size, and geometry. GOM's measuring systems consider real component geometry which is not possible with traditional measuring devices and they provide all results for static and dynamic tests even at high speeds for small to large components. At Control, GOM will be presenting the complete range of material and component measuring systems together with new evaluation workflows for point-based 3D motion and deformation analysis in the GOM Inspect Professional software V8.
