What we need your expertise for

• You will be part of the Service Development and Support Optical Systems team and support our colleagues in processing service orders
• You will be in close contact with customers, internal service staff and Sales for the creation, processing and follow-up of orders
• You will create orders and keep track of the processing
• You will support us in various service projects(e.g.  SAP S/4HANA)

Your qualifications

• In addition to your completed vocational training, you have experience in order processing in a technical environment
• Ideally, you have already worked with SAP as an ERP system
• You are determined and also think outside the box when it comes to optimizing processes or procedures
• You enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues in a confident and respectful manner
