Assembly
Virtualization replaces Meisterbock and Cubing
In assembly, the individually produced components are assembled and analyzed to form component groups or the complete product. In the automotive industry, complex clamping fixtures such as Meisterbock and Cubing are often used for this purpose. The ATOS system helps to completely replace such physical mountings, producing precise 3D data for each part of an assembly. A virtual assembly can then be realized centrally in the GOM software.
