Maintenance and on-site repair.
The maintenance service can be ordered directly or included in the scope of Protect and Protect Plus with fixed time intervals. A GOM service expert maintains all components and proactively replaces typical wear parts to increase the operating reliability of the system sustainably.
Standardized tests verify the measuring accuracy of the system by using standardized artifacts. The test is available in two standards:
If remote assistance is not sufficient, on-site repair carried out by a system expert is the most reasonable solution.

Protect is a maintenance contract of several years duration with fixed maintenance times. A GOM service expert maintains all components and proactively replaces typical wear parts to increase the operating reliability of the system sustainably.
If a measuring system requires repair, Protect Plus assures an even faster reaction time until the GOM service expert is on-site (incl. the necessary components).
