ATOS Triple Scan – The industrial optical 3D digitizer captures up to two times 16 million measuring points per scan and is used as a high-end scanning and inspection system in quality control.
ATOS Core – The optical 3D scanner provides 3D coordinate measuring data for inspection and adaptive manufacturing. ATOS Core serves as mobile measuring device and stationary desktop scanner. In addition, it supports automation processes within the ATOS ScanBox.
ATOS Compact Scan – Due to its scalable measuring areas, the ATOS compact class offers maximum flexibility: by quickly changing the lenses, the mobile 3D coordinate measuring machine can capture components up to several meters in size.
ATOS Capsule – The optical precision measuring machine is designed for full-field acquisition and digitizing of contoured part geometries. The fringe projection system is used for production quality assurance of small to medium-sized parts and excels by its high precision for fine details.
GOM Inspect – Inspection software for 3D measuring data, including 3D inspection and polygon mesh processing, that enables the import of CAD data, inspection plans and 3D point clouds and simplifies the joint evaluation of measuring results.
ATOS ScanBox Series 7 and 8
With its ATOS ScanBox Series 7 and 8, GOM presents automated measurement and software solutions for the inspection of large and heavy sheet metal parts. The measuring cells were particularly designed for full-field measurement of side panels, car interiors or complete body-in-whites in press and body shops.
The virtual measuring room is the central control station and measurement planning software for all elements of the ATOS ScanBox. The Auto Teaching function allows for a fast and precise part analysis, including hemmed edges, hole patterns and trimmed edges. In addition, several parts can be merged virtually, for example, to evaluate information on geometry or gap and flush.
Control Break-Out Session: Automotive Sheet Metal Component Inspection
The 90-minute Control Break-Out Sessions deal with automotive sheet metal component inspection and are targeted at experts from quality assurance, production and engineering. The presentations are held in German and English. Registration at:
ATOS Compact Scan – The compact class excels by its flexible use. Along with the precise 3D scanner, laptop and stand fit into one case, such that tools and parts can be measured directly on-site.
TRITOP – The portable photogrammetry system measures coordinates of three-dimensional large objects, e.g. wind power plants or ships. The high-resolution images can be evaluated immediately on the laptop.
PONTOS Live – Mobile CMM for shop floors. Combined with the GOM Touch Probe, the optical measuring system is used for online part alignment, enabling an assembly analysis that is based on augmented reality and image mapping.
ARAMIS 3D Camera – GOM’s 3D motion and deformation sensor for materials testing, part deformation analysis as well as crash and 6DoF evaluation. ARAMIS captures 3D coordinates, 3D displacements, velocities and accelerations of loaded specimens and components.
GOM Correlate – Free inspection software for 3D testing, using digital image correlation and 3D motion analysis. It delivers detailed reports with diagrams and videos on displacements, deformations and strain.
Free 2D DIC – GOM Correlate provides free 2D digital image correlation that supports the evaluation of any digital image series or movie file, including complete evaluation and reporting possibilities.
