We are Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology GmbH, experts in industrial 3D coordinate measuring technology, 3D computed tomography and 3D testing. We started out as a start-up. Where initially three young visionaries developed high-precision optical metrology, we now have around 600 experts working at our sites in Braunschweig and Leipheim. Since mid-2019, we have been part of the ZEISS Group and form the Center of Excellence for optical 3D metrology.

The profession as Sales Development Representative always presents a varied challenge and is held in high esteem in our sales department. What we need your expertise for
- You are the first point of contact for our potential new customers, taking charge of pre-qualifying leads and interested parties by phone and identifying projects/potential with existing customers.
- You conduct demand and potential analyses by asking skillful questions and inspire business customers to make a consultation appointment with our field service on the topic of optical 3D metrology.
- You prepare information material about our GOM products and services and make it available to interested parties.
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of conversations in the CRM and for the availability of all relevant information on conversations and our activities.
- You provide project-based support for marketing and sales campaigns.
- You have several years of professional experience in telemarketing, active B2B telephone sales, outbound telesales, dialog marketing or as a call center agent.
- You are familiar with the use of MS Office programs and CRM/customer management systems.
- With your enthusiastic and customer-oriented conversation skills, you can communicate product characteristics and advantages clearly and argue convincingly.
- You enjoy talking to your customers by phone and manage to find a professional level even with technical contacts.
