Social Media & E-Mail Marketing Manager (m/w/div)

What we need your expertise for

• Management of global social media channels and corresponding editorial schedule for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
• Project management and responsibility for the further development of the vlog project #measuringhero
• Conception and implementation of mass-mailing and lead-nurturing measures in the email marketing automation tool.
• Creating and executing targeted campaigns for products, product categories, and strategic business units in collaboration with the Global Marketing team
• Coordination of specific content creation for the fields social media and email marketing
• Coaching and consulting for daily social media and email marketing topics in a global governance role for the international marketing teams of ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions, in order to ensure the reach and effectiveness of the strategic initiatives
• Ownership for relevant implementation tools in close collaboration with the lead management team as well as training for the internal network
  
   

Your qualifications

• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics / marketing / communication or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in the relevant environment as well as several years of experience in this or a similar function on the corporate and/or agency side.
• You have executed multichannel campaigns in consultation with international stakeholders.
• You have excellent digital media skills, experience with editorial planning, social media publishing and email marketing tools.
• You enjoy promoting the topic of digital customer engagement in a high-tech B2B company and being an active ambassador (m/f/div) for it.
• You are fluent in English and German and have the skills to create or curate compelling content in both languages.
