You are an enthusiastic person who streamlines the administrative tasks in the office. You ensure our database is always kept up to date and you provide input on ways for generating new leads. After a trade fair or event, you process the information obtained. You also help in drawing up quotations and you make sure that the orders required for the office are placed in a timely manner.
Besides a good bit of spontaneity and humor, you have good communication skills. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. Some knowledge of French is useful and it is also an advantage if you are able to speak some German. You can easily work with Office packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. and you also know how to handle a CRM package. You can work in a team or on your own and you contribute to the simplification of office processes and the administration. Ideally, you have an office management diploma or equivalent gained through experience.
