OMA User Conference 2012 - Korea

The agenda included four presentations by the OMA team complete with online demonstrations which introduced the latest GOM system developments in Korea. Various contributions from customers provided an insight into the broad range of application areas for GOM systems and gave them the opportunity to exchange their experiences. The main focus was placed on the GOM Inspect and GOM Inspect Professional, TRITOP Deformation and ARAMIS software.

During the breaks, participants had the chance to watch GOM systems operating in typical applications and to discuss their requirements and ideas with the OMA team. Customers and prospects received answers to all their questions about GOM software as well as tips and tricks on how they could use the powerful, user-friendly software package to obtain analysis results to suit their specific needs. The following GOM products were on show at the OMA User Conference 2012:

  • ATOS Triple Scan - The industrial high-end 3D digitizer that optimizes engineering processes
  • ATOS Compact Scan - Flexible 3D measurement system for large and small measurement objects
  • TRITOP - Quality assurance and 3D inspection with optical 3D coordinate measuring machine
  • PONTOS - Dynamic 3D analysis for better understanding of dynamic component behavior
  • ARGUS - Optical shape change analysis for small and large components
  • ARAMIS - Optical 3D deformation analysis for improved understanding of material and component behavior

In this context, partners including Witte, K-Tech, CRS and Samwoo also showcased their products and were available to give visitors advice and support.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our Korean partner OMA for organizing this successful event and all visitors for the interest they showed in our optical metrology solutions.
