Visit GOM at EuroMold 2014

GOM will be exhibiting in two booths at this year's EuroMold trade show in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

You will find GOM in Hall 8, Booth H70, where you can learn about GOM’s entire product portfolio, including the new V8 Software, ATOS ScanPort and ATOS Triple Scan 16M. You will be shown how to reduce try out and first article inspection times from weeks to a matter of hours and you can discover all you need to know about short development times and cost optimization in design, casting, metal forming and plastics processes.

In addition, GOM will be presenting its ATOS Core sensor and ATOS for Education in Hall 11, Booth C45. The ATOS Core is ideal for 3D digitizing of small and medium-size components such as ceramic cores, cast and plastic parts for 3D printing, adaptive manufacturing, reverse engineering and 3D inspection applications.

Come and visit us at our trade show booths on November 25 - 28, 2014. Order your free ticket now and arrange a personal meeting with our metrology experts.

Precise industrial 3D metrology solutions

At the EuroMold 2014 GOM will be presenting the newest developments in optical metrology and state-of-the-art hardware and software solutions:

  • ATOS ScanPort
The ATOS ScanPort is an optical desktop scanner for measuring and inspection of small parts. The ATOS ScanPort utilises a 3+3 kinematic with three motorised and three manual axes. Repeating tasks are simplified with the fully automated rotation, tilt and linear axes.
  • ATOS Triple Scan 16M
The ATOS Triple Scan 16M offers a high detail resolution with 16 million pixels for demanding applications such as complex, detailed parts and components or for applications where fine details or edges play an important role.
  • V8 Software
The new V8 Software provides enhanced optimization of measurement processes and includes Live tracking and part positioning, local coordinate systems, golden mesh, cluster analysis, ...
  • ATOS for Education
ATOS for Education is a complete package for theoretical and practical teaching at schools, higher education institutes and universities, including industrial hardware and software for 3D scanning and inspection but also ready-to-use laboratory experiments and lecture material with detailed background information.
  • ATOS Core
ATOS Core is optimized for the 3D measurement of small to medium-sized components. The optical 3D scanner is based on GOM's proven stereo camera and fringe projection technology, and delivers accurate and traceable 3D coordinates.
  • ATOS ScanBox
Optical 3D measuring machine for fully automated 3D digitizing and inspection. Combining optimized industrial components, mobility and highest safety in an off-the-shelf 3D measuring machine.

The GOM team will demonstrate technical use and implementation of systems and software in live presentations, and will be available to discuss and exchange experiences with visitors.

Optical 3D Digitizing for Design, Tool and Mold Making

Optical measuring technology and full-field surface measurement systems have become a standard tool within the casting, sheet metal forming and plastics industries. At the EuroMold 2014, GOM will focus on applications in design, CAD/CAM, sheet metal forming, tool & mold making, casting and injection molding industry and how optical metrology helps to optimize processes and reduces start-up times for serial production.
