Control in Stuttgart - April 22 to 25, 2008

The Control is an expert exhibition for quality control and this year takes place for the first time in Stuttgart. In hall 3, booth 3330 we present:

Flexible measuring room:
The ATOS 3D digitizer for full-field nominal/actual comparison is combined with an optically measured probe.
This new combination allows for also completely measuring surfaces that are difficult to access.

Automated quality assurance:
Complete automation of the measuring process from sensor positioning to creating measuring reports. Loading native CAD data, measuring plans and tolerances allow for production-accompanying analysis of components and assemblies.

3D scanning:
Fast and easy scanning for reverse engineering and rapid prototyping.

ATOS Inspection software:
All functions from editing the 3D measuring data, importing CAD data up to comparison, analysis and measuring reports.

Dynamic deformation measurement:
Measurement solutions to understand the dynamic behavior of components, deformation measurements in the wind tunnel or drop tests and analysis of structure vibrations.

Material and component testing:
Optical measurement technology to determine material characteristics and to analyze the deformation behavior of components in operation.
