On November 6th-8th the Pro-Technic User Meeting 2008 took place in Beijing, China with over 120 participants from various industry sectors and research facilities.

The Pro-Technic User Meeting was focused on 3D coordinate and deformation measurement solutions and applications. The meeting provided a platform to exchange application experiences using the GOM optical measuring systems.

The three day event featured user presentations covering application examples, system integration in process chains and hands-on experiences. Measuring systems were on live display with the Pro-Technic and GOM team available for discussions. During the meeting workshops highlighting specific new software functions took place, where the participants had the possibility to extend there knowladge about the sofware.
